It all begins with the paperboard roll
The bottles are manufactured from special paperboard. The paperboard rolls come in three different sizes. The dispenser handles the rolls in accordance with the desired bottle size.
The paperboard is processed in the Automation unit
The automation unit punches, creases, prints and moulds a pressure-resistant patented drinks bottle from the paperboard.
The end-product is a finished paperboard bottle
After all the work stages in the automation unit, the machine manufactures a pressure-resistant product that is ready to be enjoyed.
